Home Trial Guidelines

✅ Keep your original Sweet Aurora packagingAll returns must be shipped back in the original brand packaging. Returns sent in non-Sweet Aurora packaging will not be accepted. If you have discarded the original packaging, we can provide replacement packaging for you, and you will bear the corresponding shipping cost.

✅ 30-day validity period starts on delivery dateYour 30-day guarantee period commences on the day your order is delivered. Please submit your return request within this 30-day window.

✅ Items must be returned in like-new conditionReturned products must arrive in a like-new state, with no dirt, pet hair, stains, fragrance contamination or water damage. If the returned items are damaged due to user abuse or improper packaging, we may deduct a corresponding proportion of the refund amount to cover losses.

✅ Cosmetic defects do not qualify for returnsPurely cosmetic blemishes that do not affect the normal function of the product are not valid grounds for return or refund, including minor scuffs, slight finish variations, tiny gaps, or marks caused by normal packaging and transportation.

✅ No improper use or packagingAny product damage caused by misuse or poor repacking may result in a reduction of your refund amount.

Return Shipping

▸ Contiguous United States and Canada: Orders over $200USD are entitled to free return shipping.▸ Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories & international destinations: Return shipping fees will be deducted directly from your refund. We do not provide estimates, prepayments or coverage for any customs or import fees. If your shipment is returned due to unpaid customs fees, the associated shipping costs will also be deducted from your refund.

⚠️ Important: You must drop off your return shipment within 14 days of receiving the return labels. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your return request and invalidation of the labels.

How to Start a Return

  1. Send an email to lighttreat@sweetaurorathera.com, including your order number and the specific product you wish to return.
  2. We will send you prepaid return labels and detailed packing instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Pack the product in its original packaging in strict accordance with the instructions, attach the return labels, and drop off the shipment with the designated carrier.
  4. Our team will confirm receipt of your return and initiate the inspection process immediately.

Refund Processing

  • We will complete the inspection of returned items within 1–10 business days of receipt.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 1–10 business days after the inspection, and the funds will be returned to your original payment method only.
  • If we find damage from misuse, missing parts or improper packaging, a prorated deduction will be made from your refund to cover repair or replacement costs.
  • International sales taxes, customs duties and related handling fees are non-refundable. For international orders, return shipping fees will also be deducted from the final refund amount.
  • Sweet Aurora will make the final determination on refund eligibility and the specific refund amount for any disputes over product damage or misuse, in line with fair and reasonable principles.

Damaged, Missing or Lost Shipments

  • In-transit damage or missing items: Please report any damage or shortages of your order within 5 business days of receipt. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange product replacements for you promptly.
  • We are not responsible for any personal items or data left in the returned merchandise.
  • Our liability is limited to the monetary value of the product only, and we shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the product.

Warranty Issues vs Returns

If you suspect your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at lighttreat@sweetaurorathera.com. Our professional team will assist you with troubleshooting. If necessary, we will process a warranty repair or replacement for you.Warranty support is an independent service, separate from our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. For simple faults (e.g., fan replacement), we can ship replacement parts to you and assist with coordinating local professional repairs.

Policy Changes

Sweet Aurora reserves the right to update and revise these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the policy will be effective immediately upon publication.
